Question Dead Pixels on my 4K Monitor or Spec of Dust?

Hi guys - so I have black spot on my 4k monitor and I'm trying to figure out whether it's a group of dead pixels or a spec of dust inside the screen. I've included some screenshots below, what do you think?

I'm thinking it's a spec of dust as I can see the pixels on the outline of my cursor whenever I put it in between the black spot, as shown in the below screenshot. Do you agree? If so, how might I be able to fix this?

Well, you can try massaging that part of the screen. This sometimes works on stuck pixels. But if it is some dust or dirt, not much you can do if is between the top layer and the LCD.

Looks like dust IMO
