Debug LED 04

So i just installed my first pc, after installing windows 8.1, i noticed the debug led showing 04 what does it mean? Its not in the manual

What is your MB and cpu? we need more info. Can you post the specifications?

Oh its gone now...Thanks just had to turn off some quick startup thing
