I restarted my computer after my internet was acting up as usual and went to play a game (cs:go) and I was getting 10-15 fps. I then tried fixing it numerous ways not having any luck, I ended up going to play minecraft and have extremely long loading times and once in the game horrible lag.
I then tried a couple other games having the same issue, I tried install anti-virus, detecting nothing. I have updated all my drivers, and even factory reset my entire drive and install everything over again. HWMonitor before playing a game.
