Decent CPU for gaming

I have GTX 1070. Currently i have i5 4690 which bottlenecks in GTA V. My question is which cpu works fine with this card and give maximum fps?

you could find a second hand i7 4790k, its the best processor you can get without having to buy a new motherboard and ram.

Although I am surprised that you are having issues with bottlenecking as the 4690 is still a pretty strong cpu.

bottlenecking isn't really a yes or no thing. It depends on the games you play mainly as some a much more cpu intensive. rather than using that website monitor the percentage usage of your cpu and gpu. If you hit 100% usage on your cpu than that is limiting your performance.
