I managed to find out that I could make a decent gaming build with a budget of 750 usd. Can anyone of you tech whiz provides a list of required components according to the budget? I will consult to the computer dealer with the given list. Thanks in advance for your time.

Also, I'm looking for a decent monitor which goes with the build. 😉

Solution
This highly depends if you need a Windows copy or not? With a Windows copy you'll get this out of 750.

Solution

If I deduct the cost of Windows 8, should I go for GTX 780?

I'll go with GTX 970 then. I hardly use the DVD drive. Thanks!
