My pc is lagging and stuttering on games like back 4 blood and rainbow six siege. I have tried everything from factory resetting my pc and changing the graphics settings to lower presets. This is really p*****g me off because i spent a lot of money on my pc and it is so confusing that it is not running well.
my specs are
15 14600k
32gb of ram 16 gb gskill 3000 mhz, corsair vengence 16gb 3200mhz
gtx 4070
gigabyte b760

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to elaborate on this so we're not repeating steps we know didn't work for you, prior to this thread's creation.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

To add, you shouldn't be mixing and matching ram kits, work with either one kit instead. In your predicament, I'd ask you to stick to the Corsair ram kit.

When's the last time you updated the BIOS?
Also, Try installing RTSS and start looking at the frame times and cpu, gpu, vram, ram, and etc usage.

As it's been mentioned before, you need to deal with your RAM, not only does mismatched frequency speeds default down to the slowest common denominator, but mismatched timings can also cause various issues, including performance ones, also, you can't use/enable XMP in your BIOS , and so you are missing out on quite a bit of performance. From looking at your motherboard support page, this ram is a perfect fit https://a.co/d/5kn5hj1

Sell the other sticks, DO NOT mix them back all in together. Or, take that vengence 16gb 3200mhz stick you have now, find out it's EXACT serial/model number and buy one extra stick of it, and then look at your mobo manual and place them in the correct positions so they run in dual channel.
