Decent laptop for practicing SQL/Python

Currently job searching. Many of the positions in my current field prefer SQL and Python experience. I plan on taking courses for both. I am looking for a laptop that would be sufficient enough to practice these languages on. I am not familiar with hardware requirements/recommendations for coding and would greatly appreciate advice on this subject. Not looking to spend a ton of money. I would say a budget of around $700. Any advice on these languages in general is also very appreciated. Thanks everyone.

For just programming and testing you don't need much in the way of performance systems.

Portable and pretty powerful. You may need to purchase extra software (SQL) but should be fine with trial editions for now.
