Turns out that the microphone on my Siberia V2.0 isn't great. And my C920 has an in-built microphone, which is cool, but also not great.
So I've been looking at something better and the internet keeps recommending the same microphones to me:
AT2020
Blue Yeti
Blue Snowball
So I figured I'd get me a blue product, snowball most likely, but yeti if it was on sale.
Problem is whereas the snowball is normally $60 on amazon.com it is about €80 on the european versions.
The yeti suffers a similar problem.
Is there anywhere I can get it in Europe (Germany would be nice) without the 50% markup? Or do you have recommendations for alternatives? The recommendation is often, or in part, given based on performance/price ratios. And in Europe that ratio is clearly very different.
Or should I just wait for a sale?
I'd like to keep my setup (I should get a simple boom and pop filter as well) below €100 because this is a new hobby and I may not stick with it.
And, I mean, I can afford to the yeti, but . . . . I don't want to now. On, like, principles and stuff.
