Decent Plex pc case and hot swap bay

Hi all,

I have just put together a second PC for my Plex server. Since I was getting tired of my CPU being under load all the time when I'm trying to use my main PC.

I will be adding media to my drives on my main PC and then transferring it onto the server PC, so I'm looking for a PC case that has drive bays that are easily accessible since I will be moving them frequently, I'm also trying to find an external drive bay that would keep the drives in while I'm downloading the content to it so I can then just swap it back into the plex PC.

In short, does anyone know of a good case that has front facing drive bays, under £250. And an external drive bay again under £250.

I've been trying to look for these but haven't had much luck and want to make sure I'm not wasting money.

This rosewill case has a hidden front side hot swap rack, other solutions might be something in the "server" type chasis. Additionally, i'll add that they make various type of drive swap racks that repopulate the 5inch drive bays on various cases.
