I can get 2 builds, need help :O

Build 1:
MSI R9 390
I5 6600k
Hyper 212 Evo
8 Gb ddr4 2666 mhz
Z170a Tomahawk
250 GB SSD
Corsair 200R
RM650x PSU
Total 1100 Euro

Build 2:
MSI R9 390
i5 6500 (50 euro cheaper than the 6600k)
Hyper TX3 Evo
8 gb ddr4 2666 mhz
MSI B150m Night Elf
120 GB SSD + 2 TB HDD or250 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD
Corsair Obsidian 450D Windowed
RM650x PSU
Total 1100 Euro

As you can see the difference really is just the storage and the case (which is super awesome)
so what should I get?

add your storage. try this. also add the 250GB ssd and the 1TB HDD and see if you go over the budget.
also try persuading your parents to let you buy one item on line. it will save you tons of money.
wait for the release of the RX 480 and buy that online. it will be around 200euros, less if you're lucky. please at least try. its worth saving the 150 or so euors. tell them that
Honestly don't get the tomahawk. It has some issues.
Also choose the RX 480 or a GTX 1070 over the r9 390. It's an older GPU beat by the cheaper RX 480.
Also then you only need a 550w PSU. Look for a seasonic or EVGA 550w.
Cheaper PSU that way. Retains quality though.
Also a case for that price could go to a NZXT S340 or in win case. It's more flashy and just as good as a 200R
Mobo choose a Z170A SLI plus. It's one of the cheaper high quality Z170.

So 6600k and 212 EVO. Z170A SLI. Try a 2x8 gb stick set. If it's too much get one 8. You can add another for future and run dual channel. 250 SSD and maybe a W blue hdd. Then a RX 480 with a 550w PSU.

no they aren't prebuild.

what kind of issues does the z170a tomahawk have? cuz i cant find a single review on the internet so that's why I don't know much about it. I can also get the msi z170a gaming m3 if it's really necessary

unfortunately I can't get it through the web. this is the site where I'm getting it from and it doesn't really give me much options:
https://www.multimediacenter.nl/webshop.php?groep=Moederborden&artikel=59139
It's in dutch but I think you can easily navigate through it:
On the left:
Behuizingen = Cases
Voedingen = PSU
Geheugen = RAM
Moederboden = MOBO
Koelers = coolers
Multimedia > Videokaarten = GPU

I have a max budget of 1100 euros.
I really can't get anything online because my parents don't want to and they are the one paying ._. this store is nearby so yeah. if it's really necessary I can get the gaming m3 for 20 euros more.

That seems like a reasonable compromise. I've not head there were any problems with that particular motherboard, but then again, I don't recall seeing anyone use it in a build.

I just think the 6600k with the better cooler is a nice compromise. 250GB may not seem like a lot, but if you need more storage, hard drives are easy to get and install later, or you can use external drives.

RM650x is basically top of the mark for a power supply right now. Hard to argue against it if an R9-390 is to be used. It is a nice high end card, not the latest, but it is available.

thank you! I can also get the Z170a gaming m3, gaming pro (carbon) or the krait gaming if needed. but i will need to downgrade my case if I want 1 of these 3 motherboards.
If I have to get one of these would you prefer a 100r, a vg5-w red sharkoon or an antec gx500 case?
gx500 seems like the best option in here. but if it's not worth downgrading my case for a better mobo i wont be doing it

I've tried 6 months now to get pc components from the internet. I begged i tried to explain how much they would safe but they simply dont care. They want to get a pc from a local store. There are shitty prebuild PCs from a local store 960 and i5 6400 999 euro but i dont want that shit. This is the only option for me. Max budget is really 1100 Euro. They wont let me spend more this. The budget was actually 1000 euro but I begged them for 100 euros more so I got that. Dont think i can really beg for more money 🙁

I tried it. this is the exact same build as option 1 ^^. cant add the hdd. i can add 1 fan tho but that's really it

I recently got a job so I think if I wait like 2 months I can add that extra money on top of it so I would have a beast rig.

wait nvm, my parents said bcs i found a job they're willing to give the money to me and I would be free to do what i want with it 😀. so I will save up some money and hopefully in 2 months I will have 1560 euro for my pc setup. thanks guys 😀
