Deciding between the z170x gaming 5 or gaming 7 or ud5

I am building a pc but I am not sure which motherboard to get. Gaming 7 (165.99) gaming 5 (136.99). and also the UD5 (179.99).
Or maybe a ASUS Z170 Maximus VIII Hero Alpha for 249.99.

If you have budget issue and still want a balanced performance, go for Gigabyte Z170X- Gaming 7.
If budget is not limiting you, then surely get an ASUS Z170 Maximus VIII Hero Alpha.
My preference would have been for Gigabyte Z170X- Gaming 7 and invest the rest for either a better GPU or a bigger SSD.

Well. 🙁 the gaming 7 is sold out. what left me is gaming 5 (136.99) and the asus z170. May I know whats the different between these two? Wats so good about the z170 hero alpha comparing to gaming 5. Thank you

and i am sorry. if you still choose the asus z170. may I know which asus z170 is better? the Rog or the one without Rog.

which one would you pick comparing these 2 asus mobo? thank you
