1st

CPU: AMD FX 6300
GPU: MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr 3 OC 3gb
RAM: Crosair 8gb @ 1600 MHz (2x4gb)
MBO: Asrock 970 pro3

2nd

CPU: i5 3570k or i5 3570
GPU: Sapphire HD 7870 OC
RAM: Crossair 8gb @ 1600 MHz (2x4gb)
MBO: Asrock B75 pro3

3rd

CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: one of ATI / AMD HD 7770 OC edition
RAM: Crosair 8gb @ 1600 MHz (2x4gb)
MBO: Asrock B75 pro3

in my county all 3 configurations have same price so i need help to choose best build.

The second build but pairing a 3570K with a B75 motherboard is pointless as you forfeit access to the multiplier. If you get the 3570K be sure to get a low end Z75 or Z77 board instead of B75.

I'm not sure what RAM you are referring to - do you mean Corsair Vengeance? If so make sure you get the low profile version.

If you're doing that - get Z77, B75's expansion options are very limited, especially in mATX form.

You lose the ability to overclock. If you're not going to then get this:
