Deciding on a new processor

CPU: AMD FX 8120
GPU: MSI GTX 970 4GB
RAM:12 GB
Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo
Monitor: BenQ GL2450
Motherboard: Asrock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer
PSU: Corsair CX 750M (750w)

I have $300.00 and I want to get the best gaming processor that I can.
Here's my choices:
AMD:
- FX 8350 w/http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032
watercooler then extremely overclock it.
- FX 9590 w/included watercooler
- Intel i5 4690K w/http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132070 motherboard

Same ! nice looking mobo with a 20$ rebate. although since theres the 20 rebate you could get the 4690 then. LITTLE bit quicker than the 4590
