Deciding on which cpu to buy and which motherboards are compatible

So I'm deciding on two cpus

so my question about them is which one is "better"
and what Motherboards support them.
They need to be either Micro ATX or Micro ITX motherboards.

ok so after taking the time to review them it doesn't say that they have WiFi chip sets so do they or do I need to use a Wifi adapter?
