decision on build

Needs to stream/game want to be able to play games such as far cry 4 60fps ultra
To clarify i want to be able to record 1080p60fps (shadowplay or somin) i also wanna be able to edit videos. do i need 6 cores to stream(OBS)?.

No you don't need 6 cores to stream.

I would go with the middle build with the better GPU. For what you are doing you really wont notice a difference n the CPUs.

Don't get the CX series PSU though, they are not that good. Get XFX, Seasonic, or EVGA (G2 or B2).

Highly recommend you had Samsung EVO SSD drive for your OS drive (C Drive). The 250gb would be good. You will notice a major difference in OS boot times and program responsiveness and file access with this. The only thing it wont do is give you more FPS in games.
