Decoding verizon wireless storm 9530

My storm 9530 has been decoded but all local networks can't provide me with browsing package. Any help ?

Not sure what you mean exactly. Decoded you mean unlocked? And what networks are you talking about, the cell service companies? You'd need to work with them to get your phone activated.
