Hi,
Symptoms of my laptop: It freezes whenever it runs on dedicated GPU. (eg. I switched Google Chrome to use the dedicated GPU, opening up chrome, chrome will be blank). Yet running the task manager to see how my dedicated GPU is doing, it has low usage (and windows can still detect my graphics card) Booted it in safe mode, disabled NIVDIA drivers, and let my laptop run on the integrated graphics card for now.
However, my device manager says that the NVIDIA card is working fine, (Windows can still detect the card), yet every time when I enable the NVIDIA driver, my laptop will freeze when it uses the dedicated GPU. Is this a hardware issue, or it is a software issue? I tried reinstalling the drivers for my dedicated graphics card, but to no avail as well.
Thanks !
