I want to use a GTX 750 Ti 2gb as a dedicated PhysX card alongside the GTX 760 4gb. Will there be problems with this configuration? My PSU can handle the load and my motherboard can support it. I just want to know the major disadvantages with this particular configuration.

there wouldn't really be any disadvantages per say, but I don't know that there will be many advantages either. Phys-x is used in so few games still, and the performance hit with it on most of the time is fairly small, so I don't know that you are really going to see very large improvements.

That being said, it should work fine. Just set the 750 as the default card for phys-x in the nvidia control panel.

I would just keep saving, put about another 80-100 with the money you would have spent on the 750ti and get a second 760. That PSU should be able to handle it, and you'd be getting better than 780 performance.
