i live in Jordan i am getting 40 to 80 ping to eu servers but now we got server in Bahrain but the problem some countries have good ping to Bahrain servers some not why Bahrain is closer to Jordan from Germany why i am getting 200 ping to it

depend on how many hop to the server. might be closer but might not have direct line

Because the fiber is generally in the ocean to prevent some country to restrict access to others. It all depends on the path the fiber take. The most direct router near you would be via the suez canal but which fibers ISP get on is both a political things as well as financial. Could be you are on a fiber going all the way around africa. This all depends on how ISP are interconnected. You can to a point dig around and find out how ISP are connceted but you can do nothing about the path your data takes. Your only options would be to get a different ISP that maybe has a different path or see if there is a vpn service that has access to a different ISP that has a different path.
