I purchased a new not used unit, but rgb adaptor cable was missing, purchased a Plantec 4 pin rgb adaptor cable and fitted, all works well, except cant sync rgb colours with Asus Tuf Gaming B550 board.
Colours mixed up, green when should blue and blue when shoulld be Red. What is wrong please.

there should be a color sync/coordination option in Armoury Crate or Aura Sync that allows you to determine the color sequence for 3rd party RGB devices.

it would flash through red green blue and ask to name which is showing on your 3rd party device.

best option may be to contact customer support for the proper accessories and try the correct adapter.

Yes have tried that sync but the colors always return to the wrong state after the color sequence is saved.
