Question deep learning rig

Hi,

I'm building my first custom PC and it's going to be used mainly for deep learning. Most of the computation is going to be run on the GPUs and they are probably the most important components but I would also like to use it as a regular desktop computer. It will be run on Ubuntu. I'd like to buy it as soon as possible. Eventually, I plan to add another 2 2080 Ti GPUs to have a total of 4. I haven't chosen a monitor yet.

Thanks in advance for the help! Apart from asking whether the components make sense, I would be happy if it's possible to cut unneccesary costs but I could also increase the budget by a few hundred if it's worth it. My current component list is:

Only thing I would change is going for quad channel memory. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...b-4-x-8gb-ddr4-3000-memory-cmk32gx4m4d3000c16 this kit of ram could give decent performance boost in deep learning for only a few pounds extra.
