Yep!!! It is pretty good and you can overclock with it as well. Just you have to see that can it fit in your case or not? See your case specifications and see the maximum cpu cooler height supported. If it more than your cooler's height then it is good. You have to keep in mind that it will take your one RAM slot that is nearest to the CPU socket. Good Luck.
