Deepcool GamerStorm CAPTAIN 360 Fan Always on High?

Yea I just got the Deepcool GamerStorm CAPTAIN 360 Cooler, and the fans on it seem like its always on max RPM. Anyway I can have it run in accordance to the CPU Temps? I dont think the company has a program thats out for this cooler.

i don't think that's good. try calling the company where you bought it. ask if you can trade it for a new one. maybe then it will be better.
