Deepcool ICE EDGE MINI Dual Fan cooler. Is this good?

Hi guys,

I have come across this cooler in internet. Deepcool ICE EDGE MINI with dual fans.
I have just heard of ICE EDGE MINI model but haven't heard of dual fan model. I am attaching the pictures of it. Please suggest whether to go for it. I am going to use it for AMD A10-7850K APU

maybe this is too late of an answer. but that is not the ice edge mini. maybe similar heatsink, but with that dual fan with one of them is pwm fan, it's the ice blade 200m model.

Thanks for your interest in responding. I bought another dual fan heatsink with PWM fans. Chinese branded one. Works like a charm.
