Will there be a performance difference if I change the default fans of the LT720 to RGB?

How much of a price difference are you seeing between the two listed above? I would get the LT720 but I don't see an LT720 ARGB;

The LT720 IS a 360mm AIO. This 'LT360' isn't adding up, unless it's some region-specific part?

Of course, and the acoustics are a little different. Whether you'll even notice them is another matter.
Double of course, you would need both fans on hand to tell the differences.
