what closed loop water cooler would you guys recommend it only supports 240 liquid coolers

Case is secondary issue, choose cooler according to what it has to cool, processor and/or GPU etc.

I want to cool my cpu and im using 4790K so what liquid cooler is compatible with my case and can cool my cpu

Don't have to worry about compatibility either with case or processor, all the kits support multiple systems and have same case mounting points. Any would be more than adequate to cool the processor at all but extreme OC.
