The case already has two 5.25-inch drive bays for optical drives, accessed by removing either blanking-plate number 2 or blanking plate number 3 (counting from the top-most one) on the front panel (in other words, either of the two middle blanking plates).
The blanking plates pull out towards you (looking from the front) and are held in place by plastic lugs.
You may find it easier to gently unclip and push blanking plate out from inside the case.

So above the SSD Installation bays? those 2 or 3 bays I can just push out and install and drive bay
You don't install a drive bay, the bays are already there behind the blanking plates.
I can't make it any clearer, they've been building cases with pop-out drive bay covers for years, you never had to deal with them before?

Yeah sorry I didnt mean Drive bay I meant the actual DVD reader, I have dealt with these before I was just checking that this case had the drive bays. Thankyou for your answer!
