Question Secure boot related problem

I have a 1080p monitor. Whenever I try to enable secure boot it shows display port 19201080 then shows display post 1024768 and the screen remain blank. Why this happen?
My gpu is sapphire rx560 4gb
Motherboard msib550m a pro
Cpu amd 5600x

Has this system ever booted properly in this configuration?

I m using windows 11. My gpu driver is up to date. Not sure about the mobo driver.

Will the system actually boot into Windows, or allow you to access the BIOS?
