So for the past 2 weeks my desktop pc has not had a stable internet connection. TLDR I played some games with my friends, suddenly my internet died and I used troubleshoot and it said "Default gateway is not available "Fixed" ". Went back into my games, after a few minutes same thing happened.
Went onto forums like this one and was looking for answers and fixes. TLDR of that is check my drivers update them to the lastest ones. I tried that, got to use like 10 min of internet before it went down again. Called up ISP, said that there was nothing wrong with their connection to my router, but that there might be some problems with the router itself, so they sent me a new one. While I was waiting for that router I tried a few fixes. And it has now gotten to a point where windows doesnt recognise my network adapter. I install a driver for it, and after restart my network adapter is under "Show hidden devices". Go to network connections and nothing there. Got my new router, got 10 seconds of internet and it was gone again. I have bought a new ethernet cable.
So my own thought is that my motherboard (MSI 970 gaming) is at fault. Thinking of buying a new one. I just wanted to ask for your guys opinions before I spent 1600SEK (swedish crowns)/170euros on a new motherboard. I´ve tried most stuff but feel free to try to help. I can basically screenshot anything on my desktop and transfer it over(with a usb stick) to my laptop to post for you guys. Also wifi works on all other devices, and other desktops works fine.
Specs:
AMD FX-8730 CPU
16GB Ram

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
AMD 7800-Series GPU
