Deffective PSU or what?

I have recently changed my motherboard and video card, previously I had an asrock extreme6 with a gut 660 ti sc, no power issues at all, no random shutdowns etc, unfortunately my asrock got damaged and now I have an ASUS P8Z77 - LK and a radeon vapor x 7950 boost, the only difference is that this video card has dual 8 pin connectors so in one of them i have to use an adapter but the consumtion is very similar in both systems with the 660 ti it was approx 340 watts while with the radeon was like 360, I have a superflower 700 watts PSU but now my PC is randomly reseting and the board is saying "power supply surges detected during the previous power on", I disabled the asus anti surge and it have reseted once but without throwing the error.
One note is that this only happens while gaming and in some cases it just resets once and i pass the whole night playing without issues, what can be happening????

Just in case my PSU is like this one but of 700 watts instead, it is a well known brand in my country :
