Define S dust filter problem

I took the bottom one out and now can't get it back. It won't slide or pop in and i can't put a whole system on it's side can't I?

You absolutely can tip it on its side (unless you've got a custom watercooling loop - those have issues because the water doesn't stay in the bottom of the tank). Just do it slowly and don't drop it.

Okay but i still can't get it to it's place! I think it's defective. I have it taped right now.
