[SOLVED] Defrag and trimm confusion

This question is so freaking annoying its tilting me so much.Literally every person has their own opinion about it.Is there an official statement about this from samsung or anyone else.TRIMM is enabled by default,if i click on optimize drivers in samsung magician it opens up old defrag tool and it says 23 days since last retrim EVEN THOUGH ITS SET ON ''WEEKLY''.

Should i keep scheduled optimization on weekly or turn it off and do it manually?
Is disk cleanup bad for SSD ?
Search indexing on or off ?
Page file on or off ?

Cant belive this question has been asked so many times and there is no valid answer.

Let the system do it automatically. You do NOT have to manually mess with it.
Disk Cleanup? Not "bad" for an SSD. Just removes old stuff
Pagefile - it NEEDS a pagefile of some sort. Assuming you're not short on drive space, leave it at system managed.
