[SOLVED] Defragment hdd

So its said my hdd has 0 defragmented but I still try to optimize and its on 5 10%consolidated and i cancel it. Then i search on google if its bad to stop it. and they said no but the others yes. So what do you think :<

There are no dangers in defragmentation but modern windows (W7 and up ) do that automatically when needed and only parts they deem to be fragmented enough.
