Question delay to start windows

Hi,
i have an i312100, 16gb ram ddr5 , nave 3.0 500 gb. I tuen on pc, its starts fast, but right after, for 5-10 sec its keeps on opening, like something its loading in the back.
Its ok for me to wait some sec more, but i dont know if something is wrong.
Aall the programs are closed in the startup , exepct the windows security notification icon, i check the pc with the malware bytes , nothing.
What elese i need to do ? Is it normal ?
