Hi guys. I'm on Windows 10 Pro. Whenever I do something like delete a folder or add a folder, there is a long delay -- at least several seconds. For example, I just tried to delete a folder off the desktop and it's still showing on the desktop two minutes later even though when I double click it, it says that it's unavailable. Any advice? Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. I've done that, but it's been happening for several days and I shut down my PC every day.
To clarify, when I reboot, the folder I deleted is gone from my desktop. But if I try to delete another folder from the desktop, it stays there, despite saying it's unavailable.
