Nvidia has a lot of work to do. Their EC application has to be bulletproof. I think the Europeans recognize that large industry consolidation always results in more negative impacts than positives ones. I'm hoping the EC can kill this deal. I'd rather see ARM independent or owned by a company outside the computing hardware business. Consolidation is not what we need for computing hardware right now.
