Chech the temps! If the temps aren't high your fans wont spin fast, on the 970 they dont spin at all until 70°c

No it's not the temps I set a custom fan curve so it would run cool basically all the time what I seemed to have noticed is when the one fan was going slow if I pushed the fan up a little with my nail it ran abut faster so I wondering if the bearing is loose

I contacted the company I bough this from and they have set an rma up so there is a problem with a fan
