Maybe your PSU is not providing enough W on 3.3/5v rail (I mean, lower than 82w). You should just buy something like Corsair VS series - they are relieable and they are cheap.

i had exchanged it with another one from warranty centre but same problem....PSU is not faulty it is not compatible...
