Deleted BIOS Cant use ATI winflash to fix

bios isnt found on card, i tried downloading ATI winflash and the current bios but ATIwinflash wouldnt even open up because there is no bios on the card. I believe the last thing i did to mess it up was try to fix it after a windows update. Uninstalling the update didnt do it so i tried doing the uninstall driver multiple different ways. The last way i clicked the little box when it asks to remove bios. I had my bios somewhere but i couldn't find it so i re downloaded it but im unable to open ATIwindflash. ive been trying to fix this for 3 days and its giving me a headache any help is helpful. Originally it was the atikmpag.sys issue and i was unable to fix that and get it running like normal

not sure ill try to give as much info as possible
i restarted the computer and the BIOS was back on there, i used DDU then updated it to adrenaline 2019 19.1.2 it looked like the driver was on there when i open MSI afterburner. All 5 cards were on MSI, and when i opened radeon to check if it was on "compute" adrenaline 2019 does not have the option for "compute".
I then exited out of MSI afterburner and re-opened it and MSI then said it was on Crimson relive 17.1.1 driver randomly for all 5 red devil rx580 GPU.
but anytime i try to start up the claymore miner it goes for a few 31MH each card (when on compute when i could switch it to that) then blue screens and says atikmpag.sys issues.
i ran intel integrate drivers and it showed 2 GPU's say running at full power and 3 say offline
on MSI==radeon Rx580 series/Crimson relive 17.1.1 is what all 5 GPUS say, do i need Polaris on my card somehow instead of readon rx580 series?
When i run ATIwinflash it says, "Crititcal file missing, Please, download and run video BIOS flash files again"

i run as administrator and it says "Cannot find discrete ATI video card"
I just downloaded a different ATIwinflash that seems like it opens up, it shows 3 GPU and looks like theres more GPUS but theres no way to scroll and see---im going to attempt a walkthru

i ran the newly downloaded ATIwinflash got the bios up, modified it and re-put it back on and it said it was already the bios being used. so i assume all the cards are fine

Its just the atikmpag.sys manages to shut down my computer. Im trying to fix that from what google says but i cant seem to find the file.. and when i delete window update my computer is laggy and crashs due to a video error so i re-installed the update

atikmpag.sys is missing or something and i cant find the stikmpag.sys file and
Adrenaline 19.1.2 disapears randomly when i open MSI; close it; and re-open it, it is then on Crimson 17.1.1 and 19.1.2 doesnt have compute mode.

should i just restore my computer to factory setting send all my miner info to my e-mail redownload claymore and re-set up the info and set exclusions, and turn off virus scanner and turn off windows updates, and hope that fixes my atikmpag.sys problem, or am i just not looking in the right place or is it just gone and i have to download something and refind it?
tomorrow is my friday so i hope to get it set up after work with any info you guys provide.

You need to use in DOS mode, not windows.

Cause I had 3 times trouble flashing into the windows, sometimes it would freeze and fail, sometimes it would flash, and sometimes it would say complete and would not flash.
Dos mode is like a god mode.
Otherwise, you might need to buy tools to flash the chip manually, which is pain.

I've never had a problem using ATIflash in Windows.

I'd reinstall windows. Connect all your GPUs, and make sure you have a display connected to the GPU that's in your primary PCIe x16 slot. Flash BIOSs. Reboot, install drivers, and then run pixel clock patcher.

I have reinstalled windows, all GPUs are connected, display connected to primary PCIe x16 slot.
BIOS are already on the card,

I have reinstalled adrenaline 19.1.2 drivers after reinstalling windows; rebooted the computer; changed all 5 cards to compute mode, edited MSI afterburner then started up ETC clay-more miner. ran for a minute while i was away then shut down most likely due to atikmpag.sys issues. (blue screen)
I have since reinstalled windows again and im am re-downloading adrenaline 19.1.2 and msi afterbuner again. I cant seem to find or move the correct file in the (online walk-thru) to fix the blue screen.

im pretty sure i ran the correct pixle patcher... im at a loss of words.... i kept some of the files when reinstalling windows. Is it not fixing itself because i am keeping a few files on the computer? day 13 struggle

atikmpag.sys is what keeps happening no matter what, i did pixel patcher and rebooted
once it shut down only 4 gpus showed up on msi afterburner but i synced all GPUS and lowered them but when i started it up, the fans shut off after one share and atikmpag.sys showed up again

My 6 AMD Red Devil Rx580 rig ran smoothly for about a year now
(1GPU/MOBO fried due to plugging in wrong), with minor windows update hiccups once or twice, i would leave the monitor on or off plugged into the GPU and they would all be OC at different rates
(GPU1--1389, 2200😉(GPU2-- 1415, 2220😉
(GPU3---1380, 2180😉 (GPU4-- 1400, 2200)(GPU5--1380, 2180)---all fans at 96 or 90 never had an issue all 31+ MH and now its been a brick for about a month so i had to plug in a antminer which is way to loud in my APT, i would like to know what im doing wrong to get the atikmpag.sys fixed

i synced all GPUS to like 1380, 2100 and 90% fan and it still came up with blue screen error... exclusions allow all my mining folders from what i know
