Deleted partition on a External hard drive and now its not showing up anywhere

I deleted external hard drives partition and now its not showing up anywhere i tried inserting it to another pc, still nothing. I dont care about the files i just want it to work

Not even in disk management ? If it was just deleted and new one wasn't made than there's nothing to show up.
