deleting NT

I was given an old company pc that has windows NT on it. How can i replace NT with the operating system i'm using at home (XP)? Please email me at swissman@mindspring.com

See Dave Patrick's answer to Clarence, earlier in this thread.
Boot XP from the cdrom drive and then let the installatin process
FDisk the HD and remove the old partition, re-partition it to new
HD parameters, format and then install XP.
