Deleting services (how?)

You can easily disable and turn on services with services.msc, but is there also an way to completely delete services?

I know all services are bound to their executables/files but I want to easily remove the service themselves, i know that before i used some kind of command line with Windows 8 that unregisters/uninstalls services.. does anyone know it?
