Deleting Windows 10 "Preload" file

Hello all. Just upgraded to Windows 10 on a laptop and got a message that my Recovery drive was full. Checked my Recovery drive and noticed a Windows 10 file called "Preload" that is almost 20Gb's. Can I delete this file?

Don't worry about the recovery drive being full - its only purpose is to hold that file. Don't delete it; you need it if you ever need to re-install Windows.
