Dell 5520 Won't Power On

So from the title, I was attempting to flash the BIOS and it froze. So now when I power it on, it doesn't turn on just the fan spinning for a few, the power button lights up, then the 3 lights on the side flash like normal then it turns off. I have swapped the RAM out, took the battery out and still nothing. Would it help if I swap the Hard Drive out?

Ive read aboht similar issues with this model laptop and none of tbebe suggestions help

sounds like a dead bios to me, you'll need to get in touch with dell. Turning off whilst flashing the bios is a last resort, after waiting for an hour.

There's no way to fix? If I have to download and pay for something software wise if possible

That's why you need to talk to dell, they may have tools to reflash a bios.

Bioses and the tools to flash bioses are incredibly particular, the wrong tool, the wrong file and you have a doorstop.

They may suggest that you have to buy a new bios chip, or you may find somewhere that will extract it and reflash it, I've had to do that before. But start with dell.

I can't do that with a thumb drive?

You can try it, but if the bios is damaged enough that it won't boot to recognise the thumb drive then nothing will happen.
