Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could determine if my pc is saveable or not, or if there’s any ideas you guys have to try fix it.

PC started randomly turning off a few days ago - sometimes under load, sometimes not. I suspect it could be to do with the side panel which doesn’t clip on properly.
Yesterday, it once again turned off randomly - this time under low load. Normally I go to turn it on after a few seconds/minutes and it works fine. This time it doesn’t so I remove all connections usbs etc, try rearranging the RAM and starting, it goes to windows recovery screen but everything shuts off after half a second of the lock screen.

Removed cmos battery for 5 mins, changed ram slots again, tried another stick of RAM (same specs), doesnt boot to bios now, displays amber light of 1-1 - pause - 1 - pause (2-pause-1). Throughout this, the power supply test button works, all fans spin, green light on psu lights up. Next, when trying to turn it on it spams between amber and off without my input - probably switching between 4ish times every second. However, every now and then it goes blue, which is the state after the amber warning state, runs for a bit (no display) then shuts off suddenly. Usually the fans are on pretty high blast (not full) during these stints of semi-working.

Now, it no longer responds to the power button, again, psu test button works, tried removing gpu, replaced cmos battery - still mostly unresponsive. When it’s plugged into the wall for a while, sometimes after a few minutes it rapidly switches between off and on - 4ish times per second as before, again no power button input by me. Fiddling with psu test button successfully got the power button to be blue - “working” but no display (no graphics card + my integrated graphics has only ever worked in windows not bios) before shutting off itself after 30-60 seconds.
Also note I also tried leaving it unplugged over night - no change.
Any ideas ?

TLDR
Unresponsive to power button
Reseated/replaced ram
Removed all external connections + gpu
Replaced cmos battery
Psu test button works + displays green + fans spin
Strange on/off behaviour

Got this pc for cheap, has been working fine for 6 months+ not looking to spend big to fix it, but if anyone has ideas I would appreciate it.

i would guess their OEM power supply has finally started dying.
they are usually some of the lowest quality/price options available in these prebuilt systems.

i would first try disconnecting everything(every cable) and removing everything from the case.
then rebuild the system out on a non-conductive flat surface like a sheet of cardboard.

if you have access to any compatible components(secondary systems, friends, family, etc) start replacing each one by one until you find the culprit for these current issues.

or you can have any local shop test components for you.

The motherboard for this unit appears to have standard connections for everything aside from the power button group. I suspect that to be that strange proprietary connector that Dell likes to use. Otherwise, it looks like you could drop an ATX standard power supply in there. I would suggest triple checking what size will fit in the case.
