Dell Dimension 3000 Graphics card

hi there, i currently have a dell dimension 3000 and getting a quad core i5 27" imac, i need something to hold me off until i get it next year. I play guildwars and want to play starcraft 2. i have seen a ati radeon x1550 although it says that it needs 400w and my computer only has 250watts, can anyone reccommend a better/lower wattage card, i would also like to keep it cheapish. i also live in the uk so please post uk links.

x1550 will work fine but is a bit out dated anymore. I would recommend the PCI based 8400GS. such as this product:
