Question Dell display flicker diagnostics

Hi guys, I'm dealing with a Dell P2219h monitor here. it has been developing this issue that after a while of run time the display starts to flicker (seems that it might have overheated or some sort ), I've dissasembled to check for visible motherboard or power supply burns but found nothing suspicious. Is there any way of finding out whether it's a bad main board or power supply.

i honestly dont think it is a software issues. the flicker does still happen when i unplugged the input video source and run the inbuilt diagnostic

yeap done it. issue still persist unfortunately. i honestly dont think its a software issue. as it still flickers even without display input in

Sounds like a faulty monitor is it new or past a year of being owned

past dell's 3 year warranty unfortunately
