Dell gx 620 d930 change into d945 ?

Hello,

I have a Dell GX620 with a D930 CPU.
Is it possible to change into a D945 CPU.
Hope someone can help !

Shouldn't be an issue, its only a 200mhz speed bump, voltage range the same, FSB the same.

Hope your getting it free or for very little.

I didn't dare to do it without asking first..will be the first time for me to change a CPU.
It's not for free..I can buy it for € 25,00..is that acceptable ?
