It possible to install win xp in dell inspiron 15 3521 & it workes well???

You should be able to install Windows XP. However, there are no Windows XP drivers available from Dell for the Inspiron 15 3531. The only drivers available are for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 and only the 64-bit versions of those Windows versions.
