Dell inspiron 1545 account users security

Hello,
I CANT ACCESS THE COMPUTER'S FILE FOLDER N EVEN CANT SEE THE PICTURES(IMAGES) AS ADMINISTRATOR, WHAT I HVE TO CHANGE IN SETTINGS CONTROL PANEL ? ANY ADVICE PLZ...

Right click on the folder.

Choose Properties

Choose Security Tab

Click on the "Administrators" group

Choose the appropriate permissions below (generally full access for an admin)

Hit apply and OK

You should be able to access the folders now.
